Meet Lindsey
Hi, I’m Lindsey — trainer, movement enthusiast, and the heart behind No Bounds Fitness. I grew up doing martial arts and competitive gymnastics, so movement has always been a huge part of my life. After graduating from UCLA I went to work a corporate job like the rest of my peers but I realized that what really lights me up is helping people feel strong, capable, and proud of what their bodies can do. I’m not here to yell in your face or hand you a cookie-cutter workout—I’m here to meet you where you are, challenge you when you’re ready, and remind you that fitness can actually be fun (I promise!). When I’m not at the gym you can find me surfing some waves off our beautiful coast or in the kitchen cooking my favorite meals.
